Covid has given a different kind of experience to me earlier when we used to treat our patients we know the exact treatment. Before covid, we used to treat influenza in high-risk population and oseltamavir was given with global experience that it should be given earliest before virus marks cell lining for destruction.
A small stone can kill a tiny plant but cannot kill a giant tree. A logic seem logical. So I gave antiviral treatment whatever available, earliest and with full force. Fortunately I got survival rate more than 99% only one patient died , but that too because he panicked too much.
To my all patients who recover from covid I congratulate them that they survived plus also request them to volunteer themselves in the service of covid-19 patients as they are now nearly immune to it for next 3 months. So when one of my old couple patients became sick and serious at Faridabad at 10pm, I requested one of my patient who recently recovered from covid-19 to go and help them. He went and they survived.
