ENTHRALL 2017, the annual festival of Lady Hardinge Medical College(LHMC), begins with grand opening ceremony today at Talkatora Cricket Ground. The main aim of event is to promote Health and Fitness among medicos.
The programme was held in the august presence of Miss Chanchal Yadav, Secretary NDMC, Mr. P.R Meena, IAS, Special Secretary, PWD, Dr Jagdish Chandra, Director, LHMC, Mr B.L Sakhla, General Secretary, Delhi Congress, Dr Asha Hans, Additional MS, LHMC, Dr B.K Sharma, Additional MS, LHMC, Mr B.S Bhatti, NDMC Council member. Dr. Vivek Chouksey, President, RDA LHMC felicitated the guests.
The programme started with the opening Cricket Match between LHMC Blasters and NDMC and followed by other matches between LHMC Team Medicine vs VMMC and LHMC Team Accident and Emergency vs MAMC.
The Festival is scheduled for a week from 8th to 14th September. There will be various activities planned including outdoor and indoor games as told by Dr.Chouskey, RDA President LHMC. On 10 September a Marathon has also scheduled in which many doctors from different colleges and people from other walks registered for participation .
