Union Cabinet Minister Smriti Irani tested positive of noval coronavirus on Wednesday.
Lok Sabha MP from Amethi took to her Twitter handle to inform about of being COVID positive., “It is rare for me to search for words while making an announcement; hence here’s me keeping it simple — I’ve tested positive for #COVID and would request those who came in contact with me to get themselves tested at the earliest.”

Irani is the star campaigner for the party for the elections.She actively campaigning for the Bihar elections, seeking votes for the National Democratic Alliance government in the state.
Many senior leaders wish her good health and speedy recovery including Union cabinet Minister Nitin Gadkari and Rajya Sabha MP Dr.Vinay Saharabuddhe. Both were also being tested positive earlier.
