In the year 2015 , Delhi state has reported the maximum death cases of dengue across the country, said Union Health Minister JP Nadda in Rajyasabha on Tuesday.
There was almost 150 percent rise in the number of dengue cases, compared to year 2014.
Further Nadda added, there has been rise in the deaths due to viral diseases in the national capital, with 60 people dying of it last year, compared to only three and six people in 2014 and 2013 respectively.
The other states after Delhi has more number of death cases due to dengue are Kerala and Maharashtra.
The figures reported 25 and 23 in the two states due to this viral disease.
