For the first time, Corona-infected patients have come out in Delhi. The total number has risen to 72 from 49 after receiving 23 infected patients on Sunday. Apart from this, 369 sample reports are yet to come. Officials of the health department say that investigation is going on in the quarantine of those coming from abroad, due to which reports of infected patients are being detected.
According to the department, 64 out of 72 patients are being treated in various hospitals. Of these, 19 patients are admitted to private hospitals in Delhi. Five patients have been discharged so far. While two people have died of corona. Apart from this, a patient has gone abroad. 72 out of 10 patients are from outside Delhi. Seven patients are undergoing treatment at Lok Nayak Hospital, nine at Rajiv Gandhi, three at DDU, two at GTB, 17 at Safdarjung Hospital and seven at Jhajjar campus in AIIMS. Till Sunday, 2049 samples have been sent for investigation, of which 1680 sample reports have been received.
